Terms of Use

marshallncwellpump.com is operated by Flow State Leadership ("we"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This is a quote and service request site. We are not a well drilling, pump or plumbing contractor and do not perform any work. When you submit a request, we share it with a local licensed provider who serves your area. That provider is an independent business; they set their own prices, quote you directly, and are solely responsible for their work. We may receive compensation from providers for requests.

No guarantee

We can't guarantee a provider will be available, respond within a certain time, or that any quote will be accepted. Cost information on this site is general and for illustration only.

Your responsibility

Verify any provider's license, insurance and references before hiring. In an emergency involving electrical hazards, turn off power at the breaker and call a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for work done, or not done, by any provider. This site is provided "as is".
